1. How far in advance should I place my rental order?
To ensure the best availability—especially during busy seasons like spring, summer, and holidays—we recommend placing your rental order at least 2–4 weeks in advance. However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible!

2. Do you offer delivery, setup, and pickup services?
Yes! At Dolphin’s, we provide professional delivery, setup, and pickup across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura county and beyond! Delivery fees vary depending on location, timing, and the size of your rental order.

3. Is there a minimum rental order?
Our minimum order requirement depends on the delivery location and scope of the event. For example, some areas may require a minimum rental total for delivery. For best estimates, please contact our office for details based on your event needs!

4. Can I pick up rental items myself?
Yes! Many of our rental items are available for will-call pickup at our Azusa warehouse. We’ll help you load your vehicle and provide handling tips to ensure safe transport! Please check with us ahead of time to confirm item availability for pickup.

5. What happens if something gets damaged or lost?
We understand that accidents happen. If an item is lost or damaged, a replacement or repair fee will be applied. We offer an optional damage waiver on eligible orders to give you peace of mind—just ask our team for details!

6. Do you require a deposit to reserve items?
Yes. A 50% deposit of the total is required to confirm your order. Final payment is due before or at the time of delivery. Orders are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

7. Can I make changes to my order after it’s confirmed?
Absolutely! We know plans can shift. You can make changes to your order up to 72 hours before delivery, subject to item availability. We’ll always do our best to accommodate any updates!

8. What types of events do you service?
We provide rentals for all types of events—from large-scale conventions, expos, and county festivals to corporate events, non-profit fundraisers, school functions, weddings, religious celebrations, graduation ceremonies, catering events, intimate backyard parties & more.

9. Do you offer on-site consultations or venue visits?
Yes! Our team offers site visits and consultations for larger events or tent installations with our state of the art CAD Diagramming System. We’ll assess your venue, recommend layout options, and make sure everything is logistically sound for a smooth setup!
