                OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19 VIRUS:

Dolphin Event Services is evolving and is at the forefront of innovative ways to ensure that we are working safely and continue to deliver the highest quality rental equipment.  We will keep on evaluating our services with new Safety and Health guidelines as we move forward.  The following Policy & Procedures have been implemented for the safety of all our Clients, Associates, and Team Members:

   * Hand-Washing Stations - installed inside and outside of our Distribution Center, On-Demand Tankless hot water hand-washing stations and Hand Sanitizer dispensers.  Also, from opening to closing daily we have a dedicated in-house crew cleaning and sanitizing continuously.

   *  Restricted access to our Offices, Showroom, and Distribution Center - checking temperatures and health checklist completed of all staff upon arrival to work daily, as well as distributing and requiring that masks, gloves, and other PPE be worn.  We have modified our Distribution Center workflow with staggered work schedules and have redesigned our Offices, Lunchrooms, Warehouse and Loading Docks to accommodate Social Distancing Guidelines.

   *  All Dolphin Events Rental Equipment - will always be properly cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery.  After washing , all Dishware, Glassware, Flatware, and Catering Equipment will be packaged and sealed with a "safety/no tamper" sticker or plastic wrap to ensure it has not been handled directly since being processed and sent out.

   *  Contactless Delivery and Pick-up - we have implemented processing all paperwork, payments, and terms of service via email, fax or call prior to delivery to mitigate unnecessary interaction upon delivery while practicing Social Distancing.  Also, all Delivery trucks will be sanitized daily before leaving the Distribution Center.  All Delivery personnel will carry disinfected kits w/bucket to wipe down all hard surface equipment prior to departing the job site.
